A:            IODOMANI.COM accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by PayPal.

 

Q:           WHO IS THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CARRIER?

A:            I.O. Domani uses DHL as their international carrier. Rates are based on the daily best rates. DHL provides you with a commercial invoices. The rates include must duties and services fees. DHL is the most secured international shipping carrier.

 

Q:           HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

A:            Once we have received your order, you will receive confirmation e-mail that the order has been received. When the order has been fulfilled you will be notified by email. If the order is out of stock, you will be notified by email.

 

Q:           CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

A:            To add onto an order you will need to begin a new transaction. The original transactions cannot be modified. However, if the addition is made before the order has been fulfilled we will be able to ship the order(s) together.

 

Q:           DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?

A:           We will not ship to PO Boxes, or APO boxes, whether domestic or international.

 

Q:           ARE THERE FEES FOR CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONL SHIPPING?

A:            Shipping and handling fees charged via IODOMANI.COM exclude customs, taxes, and additional charges once package exits the US. However, we use DHL which requires a commercial invoice for all shipments. Generally, DHL prices include most customs and import fees. However, once the shipment leaves our possession and enters the order destination any additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Q:           IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

A:            Items are insured against basic theft and accidental damage while in transit to destination shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to specified address, they are no longer covered by insurance.

About Shipping

>>           Delivery of your items may take anywhere from (4) three to (10) ten full business days, depending upon location and your desired shipping method selected at Checkout. Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your purchase(s) will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Business shipping days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States  and Mexico federal holidays.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a desired shipping method for your purchase(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

Note: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. For international shipping, customers may be responsible for any additional custom and duty fees. I.O. Domani is not liable for any merchandise shipped internationally once released from fulfillment location.

>>           You may cancel order(s) at any time prior to shipment. To cancel your orders please contact our third party seller, www.shoptiques.com for more information. Our third party seller is authorized to sell I.O. Domani merchandise but is not subject to I.O. Domani policy and will have their own policy.

>>           Payment Methods – We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express with a verifiable address. Some credit card orders must be shipped to the cardholder’s address.  All payments are processed through PayPal, it is a more secure payment platform

About Alterations

>>       I.O. Domani offers basic alteration services for I.O. Domani purchases for an additional charge.  Our alteration professional service is available in store every Thursday for one (1) hour.  Basic alteration services consist of shortening, lengthen, cuffing, or select repairs.  Any alterations that require specific instructions outside of the basic services, we encourage customers to visit directly with our Alterations professional directly. We ask that you schedule a time to visit with the alterations professional.

The alteration professional is not an employee of I.O. Domani.  They are solely responsible for the quality of the alterations discussed, paid for, and approved by the customer.  Neither I.O. Domani nor the alteration professional is responsible for the fit or additional cost (alterations or material needed) due to weight loss/gain, pregnancy, or plastic surgery.  We ask that customer get measured by the alteration professional to ensure the exact measurements request by the customer. The customer acknowledges all responsibility for alterations that may be incorrect due to any miscommunication. I.O. Domani sales staff is not liable for alterations that are not properly measured given the sales staff is not professionally trained within the alterations field. Any additional modifications needed to correct the issue may be at the customer’s expense.
