I.O. DOMANI In-Store accepts returns for STORE CREDIT only on: unworn, unwashed, full price merchandise with original tags attached.
I.O. DOMANI online return via Shoptiques.com will accept returns based on the third party’s return policy. Please view shoptiques.com return and refund policy. We recommend contacting Shoptiques customer services for more information.To process an In-Store return, the return must be completed within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise.

I.O. Domani accepts the return of damaged or defective items that are submitted within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise, if purchased in-store the damaged or defective or unwanted returns or exchanges are honored up to 5 days after original purchase date. We encourage that unwanted merchandise due to change of heart or exchange for other size is returned / exchanged unworn, unwashed with tags attached. Once the return/exchange/defective date and time period has expired, we encourage customers to directly contact the merchandises’ manufacture to discuss the their product warranty as I.O. Domani is only an authorized distributor of the merchandise and does not warrant the product outside of the return/exchange policy. I.O. Domani is not liable for defects that are not honored by the manufacture and after the date and time frame specified above. We are happy to assist you with the process with the manufacture by providing you with copy of your purchase receipt and customer service contact information. For online defective returns, please contact our third party seller, shoptiques.com for more information on defective returns as their policy may differ from I.O. Domani In-Store policy. Please note that if the defective item is available for replacement, it will be replaced at the same value it was purchased. If the item is not available and submitted after the 5 day policy, you are welcome to replace it with another item of equal or greater value or receive a Store Credit.
EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE
Please note that all merchandise is limited and subject to sell out as first come first serve. Should customer want to exchange merchandise for another size, please visit the online shop to check sizing availability. If size is available, please complete the online form. Customer will be responsible for return shipment to the I.O. Domani Service Center. Once the returned merchandise has been received, I.O. Domani will process the exchange and ship to customer. Please note that the exchanged shipping to customer will be sent via ground shipment using carries with the best daily rates. Price adjustments on online exchanged merchandise or any online merchandise will not be honored.
SPECIAL / CUSTOM ORDERS (In-STORE ONLY)
I.O. Domani offers special and customer orders via in store only. Before processing the order, we require confirmation that you agree to the terms and conditions of the sale. We require 50% deposit of the retail price for all special / custom orders. The deposit amount will be applied to the balance of the order. The remaining balance will be due in full at the time of the pick up at the store. Special or Custom orders that are unwanted by the customer upon arrival and pick up due to improper fitting, color, or etc will receive a 18% restock fee based on the actual purchase value. The restock fee will come from the deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded back to the customer’s original form of payment. Please note that I.O. Domani will return any cash payments in the national currency of the store’s location (Mexican Pesos). We do not keep USD within the store. Special and Customer Orders are estimated to take up to 14 full calendar days to arrive in store or shipped to your location. I.O. Domani requires a 24 hour cancellation notice for these orders to avoid the restock fee – no exceptions. If order is not cancelled after the 24 hour period you will be charged the 18% restock fee.
Store credits are given to products returned that are unworn, full price merchandise with original tags attached; within the five (5) days of purchase for in-store only. You will receive full amount purchased on a store credit card. Online purchases are subject to the return policy of the third party, www.shoptiques.com
TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
I.O.DOMANI reserves the right to refuse any returns without an approved online return form. In order for us to process your refund, you must complete all steps on the Online return form and insert the approved form in with the returnable merchandise. Failure to comply with these instructions will automatically be marked as ineligible. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any shipping cost incurred by customers is customer’s responsible. All damaged or late return shipments will be sent back to customer via ground shipping and not applicable for further returns.
