Service Description

This delivery service helps those who can not visit the boutique to pick up items such as alterations, consignment returns, special orders, etc. To use this service, receiver or someone authorized must be home and available to receive items. Items are delivered Monday-Friday 10AM - 5PM. Service fees may be subject to change to do the courier serviced used. We do require your full name, community/hotel name, house name/room number, and full phone number. Please note that no items will be left with security or gate personnel. If receiver is unavailable or reachable, item will be returned to us and you will forfeit the original service fee and maybe subject to different service fee. No exceptions will be made.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours by email at info@iodomani.com. Please note that Shopping Parties and Special Events that are not cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to cancellation fee. Select services require booking deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are always credited to your purchase or service at the time of your appointment. No-Shows or Cancellations less than 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. Payments for special events will not be refunded for no-shows/late cancellations nor will be they available for store credit.
